Back pain: cause and treatment

➡➡Go to this link and read this post in Urdu

Pain is the body's warning system that focuses on protecting against additional injury.  In fact, it indicates that an injury has occurred inside or outside the body due to illness or ignorance.  However, if the pain persists for a long time, it should be taken seriously and a doctor should be consulted.  The most common problem we face today is back pain.
The pain that occurs in the early part of life between the ages of 16 and 25 is usually (mechanical) which is due to our ignorance, not sitting properly, sitting in the office all day, long drive, painful bed and  There are other reasons.  While the second type of pain is that which is caused by degenerative changes in the lower back bones and fullness of bones in the latter part of the age, this pain is called Spondylitus. The best treatment for both types of pain is physiotherapy.  ۔
We have very few people who understand physiotherapy.  However, back pain is one of the most expensive medical problems in European countries, where about a quarter of patients blame their work for their back pain.  In many cases, back pain goes away on its own.  But patients whose back pain does not go away should not ignore the problem and contact a physiotherapy center as soon as possible.
Now a growing number of physiotherapists in Pakistan are doing the job with specific expertise.  The physiotherapist's job is to protect the patient from back pain and muscle aches in the future and to provide strength with new techniques.  In the UK, a physiotherapist is considered to be the only hope for reducing back pain.  Different methods of physiotherapy are tried to treat back pain.
Which method of exercise is the most reliable.  In addition, state-of-the-art machines, including ultrasonic therapy, laser, tennis, biofeedback and traction and manual techniques for pulling back tissue, are used.  Physiotherapy emergency medical centers have reduced the rate of back pain patients by about 40% and it is hoped that this rate will be further reduced.
Patients who were previously advised to have surgery now have significant benefits if they receive physiotherapy for two to four weeks.  The success rate of this treatment is 50 to 60%.  In fact, accurate diagnosis of the disease is a difficult and very responsible task in which it is necessary to diagnose the tissues below the painful part or the tissues that cause the pain to be felt elsewhere.  For example, if there is pain in the shins, then it should not be considered that the pain is only in the shins.  Rather, the correct diagnosis will be known only from the detailed history of the patient.  Damage to the tissues and their external nerve fibers or roots is usually attributed to pain in patients' shins.
