Ramadan: Proper use of water and fasting calmly

Being hungry or thirsty in Ramadan can lead to dehydration or salt deficiency.  The prudent use of water or beverages not only prevents dehydration but also reduces thirst.  Remember the following guidelines on how to use water properly during Ramadan and how we can avoid dehydration.
  Step-by-step instructions:
 1- First of all, as soon as you wake up in the morning, you should drink one or two glasses of water which is not cold but normal.  You can also take it by putting spaghetti husk or Malanga seeds in water, especially if you have constipation. Then after paying Nawafil or Azkar, drink water before Sehri meal. You must drink one or two glasses before eating.
   2- If milk or curd is used in sehri, its use will reduce thirst.
 3- Do not use too much oil or too much salt in hot spices in Sehri. They make you feel more thirsty.
  4- Do not consume caffeinated beverages, tea and coffee in the morning. Excessive urination leads to dehydration and thirst.
  5- Drinking a lot of water in the morning, such as drinking 5 to 6 glasses of water, to understand that you will not feel thirsty for a long time, because it is not correct to use more water, in a few hours more urine will come out of the body - more water  Better a poor horse than no horse at all. Eat foods that are high in water. This will keep your body hydrated for a longer period of time.
 6- Do not smoke at the end of the morning. This dries the airways and may increase thirst.
 7- Do not do anything that makes you sweat during the fast.  Sweating causes dehydration and increased thirst.
 8- Avoid staying in the sun during fasting and stay in a cool environment.
  9- During the fast, take a cold water bath in summer and do not wear clothes that absorb more heat, such as black clothes or thick and tight clothes. Wear loose or ventilated clothes so that the body does not generate heat.  Be and keep the wind blowing.
 10- Don't drink too many glasses of water or drink at the beginning of Iftaar. A good drink during Iftaar is lemon juice or watermelon, tamarind, tamarind juice or fresh home-made fruit juices which are sweetened with dates instead of sugar or sweetened with sugar.  If done, they remain useful.
 11- Do not drink cold water. It will disrupt the digestive system. And do not drink too much water during Iftar.
  12- Cola and soda drinks are harmful to health.
 13- In Ramadan, use less salt, white sugar and oil.
 14- Dehydration and constipation can occur in Ramadan. The way to avoid constipation is to take water every hour after breaking the fast, and sometimes to use spaghetti peel or balango seeds to get fiber and constipation.  Don't be
 15- Eat foods that are high in water.  Cucumbers have the highest water content in salads. In addition, lettuce, radish, carrot, tomato and beetroot also contain a lot of water.  Fruits like watermelon, melon, summer, canoe, malt, grapefruit, cauliflower and spinach are good food for dehydration.  Milk and yogurt also contain plenty of water.
