Rising temperatures in the sun are heralding the arrival of summer, the use of cold drinks and foods has begun.  But the consumption of cucumbers increases in summer.  In hot weather, it is not only eaten as a salad, but also eaten separately by children, old and young alike.
 Cucumber is a cool vegetable, which cools and refreshes the body in the heat of hot weather.  Cucumber not only provides cooling but also contains a large amount of nutrients which are essential elements to keep the body functioning.
 It is rich in vitamins and minerals. Eating 2 cucumbers as food provides the body with essential nutrients. Cucumbers are usually peeled and eaten, but nutritionists insist on eating cucumbers with peels.  According to him, the important amount of nutrients of cucumber is present in the peel which is lost by peeling.
 Uric acid balance:
 Excess uric acid in the body causes other diseases including arthritis and joint pain.

 Drinking cucumber juice mixed with carrot, beetroot or celery leaf juice keeps uric acid at a reasonable level. Drinking cucumber juice continuously for a month leads to a significant reduction in uric acid excess.
